We feel very lucky to be among those great names! But, the award comes with a few rules:

And now for the juicy details: 7 things you problably don’t know about me:

1. I’ve been addicted to french fries (I ate it for dinner, midnight snack, breakfast the following morning, at lunch: 5 times a day. Cold, greasy french fries, drenched in mayonaise. But hey, I was 18¬† and it only lasted 8 days)

2. I’m the proud owner of 2 left hands - I can’t sew, I can’t knit, I can’t do embroidery… also I can’t cook (haven’t been cooking for 5 years) and I don’t know how to clean the windows…

3. Often Sometimes I use my two left hands to my benefit ‘Oh, I would love to clean the house / make you a princess dress / cook a 3 course meal, but unfortunately I’ve got two left hands / can’t cook..’

4. I’m a libra (weegschaal), but I’m not libra-like at all. I love a good fight I’m not avoiding fights and I’m only gentle in the public domain when people I don’t know can see me. When I’m in a fight with the BoyFriend, I yell and make a BIG scene (I love making a scene, the bigger, the better) Thank God he is a true Libra, so he lets me explode without getting angry himself.

5. I blog about the cutest and most beautiful things (here, here and here) but I’m too cheap to actually buy those things myself… BIG secret: This year, Jet will get some old toys from Lena (but I will renew the batteries AND wrap it up nicely!)

6. I’m a big cry baby (I cry all the time, I love to cry and have a hot cup of tea afterwards).

7. I always feel that there’s so much more I could do - in work as well as in family life. In other words: I often feel like I’m not living up to my possibilities and worse: that I’m missing out on tons of nice things. But then I think about Martin Bril famous words: ‘Je mist meer / Dan je meemaakt / Helemaal / Niet erg.’ (to all you non-Dutchies: I’m sorry, this is not translatable
